Parents are the source of strength for their children. Only when parents adjust their mental state can they focus wholeheartedly and with clear goals on the fight against illness alongside their children!
"Sunflower Children" continues to present a psychological healing gift for parents of children with tumors, written by authors Tang Jing and Kong Lingxue—"You Are a Miracle: Psychological Recovery Methods to Overcome Tumors."
This week, let’s learn about the content of Day 21.
Phase Three: Love is the Language of the Subconscious
The past seven days have been the most extraordinary days of your life. After last week’s practice, you are becoming more and more capable of calming your mind, facing your body and subconscious, and gently conversing with your inner self.
You have learned to communicate with your body, engage with each organ, coexist peacefully with your scars, and reconcile with the important people in your life.
You are no longer the conflicted and tangled version of yourself from the past. You are beginning to settle down, becoming gentle and tranquil, filled with warmth, and often smiling.
You know that all the beautiful changes are happening. With your daily practice, it feels like a meticulous surgical repair process that is halfway through; every aspect of your life is in a healing journey.
From body to mind, from consciousness to subconsciousness, from what you have already felt to what you are about to feel.
Everything is getting better.
Just as you have imagined, just as you expect and believe. All you need to do is keep moving forward. Bring the results of your daily practice into your life to execute, reflect, perceive, summarize, learn, discard what you do not want, cherish what you care about, listen to your heart, and find yourself.
Feel the voice of your subconscious deep within your soul, and follow its guidance.
Everything is becoming better!
You will forge ahead with your subconscious, carving a path through thorns, invincible in your journey.
