"Sunflower Children" continues to serialize the psychological healing gifts from authors Tang Jing and Kong Lingxue to parents of children with tumors—"You Are a Miracle: Psychological Recovery Methods to Overcome Tumors."

This week, let’s learn about Day 28.

Weekly Summary 4: You Are a Miracle

Time flies! Our fourth phase of six training sessions has come to an end, marking another summary day, which is also the final summary day of our training system.

After 27 days of self-awareness and reflection, what insights have you gained about yourself? What new thoughts do you have about your life journey so far?

Have you gained a better understanding of your body? Have you become friends with your body? Have you made peace with your past?

Have you recognized the habits and automatic thoughts that influence you? Have you corrected the core beliefs that have affected you for years?

Are you more comfortable interacting with those around you? Have you adjusted your relationships with your parents, partner, children, and friends?

Have you started to embrace self-care, stop self-criticism, and learn to love yourself more? Have you begun to notice your eating habits and exercise patterns? Have you fallen in love with laughter and music? Can you let your spirit be freer?

Have you recognized your own potential? Have you seen the possibility of rebuilding your life state?

Do you believe you can break free from past barriers and shackles, opening up a life of freedom and abundance to create miracles in your own life?

Have you begun to create miracles in your life? Is your spirit more fulfilled? Are your relationships more harmonious? Is your heart freer? Is your physical pain lessening? Is your health improving?

One of the founders of existential philosophy and internationally acclaimed psychologist Irvin D. Yalom once said that everyone must confront four ultimate questions: the inevitability of death, profound loneliness, the deeply desired freedom, and the meaning of life.

Everyone needs to explore these four ultimate questions throughout their life journey, take responsibility for their choices and actions, find themselves, and become the miracle of their own lives.

You can be the miracle of your own life. As long as you diligently complete the 28-day training content and become friends with your subconscious, you can follow its guidance and become the person you desire to be.

If your first 28 days did not bring clarity, you can repeat the next 28 days until you find yourself. Every time you discover a part of yourself, you gain a deeper understanding. The more you understand yourself, the closer you get to living the miracle of your own life.

When you discover your subconscious mind, you can become the master of your own life, using your expectations, feelings, and strengths to create your own personal Eden, becoming your own creator and the miracle of your own life.
